This policy covers Tattools and its tattoo utility pages. It explains what data is used, why it is used, and where it remains.

Photos used in Heal-check, Pain Map, Try-on, Stencil, and Design Prep are processed only after you choose an action. They are used to return that result and are not stored by Tattools as a photo library, profile, or training dataset.

When an AI reading is requested, the image and relevant answers are sent to the AI processor needed to return that reading. Do not include faces, documents, location details, or anything unrelated to the tattoo question.

Body Count is the deliberate exception. Its photos and entry details are stored in IndexedDB on your device so the journal works offline. There is currently no account or cloud sync.

Anyone with access to your unlocked browser profile may be able to access that local journal. Clearing site data or deleting an entry removes the associated local copy.

Tattools assigns random first-party visitor and session identifiers to understand which pages and tools are used, where a visit began, whether a tool completed, and whether someone returned. Campaign tags, referrer domain, device class, browser family, language, and coarse country may also be recorded.

Photos, image URLs, AI output, healing symptoms, Body Count content, precise location, and raw IP history are excluded from lead analytics. An IP address may be used transiently for abuse prevention and rate limiting. Global Privacy Control and browser Do Not Track signals disable this client-side collection.

If you submit a tool request, its short text is stored with the anonymous lead record so requests can be prioritized alongside tool-use patterns. Do not include personal, health, contact, or image information in that field.

• Do not submit a photo if you do not want it processed for that action.
• Delete Body Count entries from the journal or clear Tattools site data in your browser.
• Remove image metadata before uploading if it contains information you do not want to share.
• Leave the optional tool-request field blank if you do not want its text stored.
